HRM system for monitoring and recording employees' working time based on data entered from a third-party time tracker. Based on the data on the worked time, the system generates reports on the completed tasks and the time spent.
This version of the reporting system is the Mvp model of the system, which was developed by the company over a couple of years. Since it was necessary to launch the app within a month, most of the functional add-ons had to be removed in order to speed up the development.
The main function of the application is to generate reports on the time spent on work tasks, which is formed from the time entered, the time spent is recorded by the time tracker. In one version of the application, it was planned to make the process of adding time automatically and eliminate manual report generation.
You can log in to your account using a Google account that was previously added to the system by the Administrator. If the Google account you are trying to log in with is not in the system, the system will display an error.
The system displays the current month for which you have to create a report, the number of hours you have to work, and the number of vacation hours available to you (this information is pre-filled by the admin.).
You can add and edit time in the report, as well as download the report as an Excel file. After completing the report, it is automatically sent to the accountant.
In addition to the basic functionality of creating a report, the application's MVP has a calendar and a history of sent reports, with the ability to view and download the report.
The event calendar, one of the application's extensive features, was developed in the first version of the application, but after the decision to change the functionality, it remained unfinished and was under development when I left the company.
The result of the work is a successfully implemented MVP system that was developed in a very short time, with the potential for scaling. Less than 4 days were allocated to change the UI, but the application logic was developed in the first iteration of the application, so it only received some changes in the MVP version.
