The main task was to create a product that would combine the ability to create and manage orders in the restaurant from the manager's side, as well as to enable couriers to receive and deliver the created order.

Also, one of the requirements of the business was that the courier did not interact with the payment of the order, that's why the application does not have a payment function.

In order to enter the system, the merchant must create your account in the admin system and send you the credentials. If the manager does not send you the data, there is an opportunity to register.

After logging in as a courier, you must turn on [Available for work] switch and you will begin to appear in the merchant's system as a free courier. After that, the merchant can choose you to deliver orders.

The list of fulfilled orders is updated every day, at the beginning of the day the list of orders is empty, so you have not yet fulfilled any orders.

If it is a chain of restaurants and it has several delivery points, then the address from where to pick up the order is indicated. But if the courier fulfills an order and the merchant accidentally chooses a courier who is already fulfilling the order, the courier has the option to refuse to fulfill the order.

If there were any problems during the delivery and the order was not delivered, you are given the opportunity to contact the manager, who changes the order from his side.

For a more convenient use of the application, it was decided to make some parts of the interface collapsible or expandable, so that it would be easier for the courier to interact with the content on the screen inside.

The courier has the opportunity to use the map inside the application, where he can see the marks on the map with the started orders.

At the end of the day, all completed orders are transferred to the archive with the calendar, in this tab you can view all the orders you have completed.

The last tab of the application is settings and interaction with the user profile.

The result of the work was an application on both Ios and Android platforms, and a web application for the merchant. The application has all the main functions of working with an order and the possibility of contacting the manager.
